Nevertheless, if you have received a defective product, please fill up the details by email or A/S form according to the procedures. As always, we will make great effort to make you satisfied.

The reason of using K-Packet is because it is fast and safe to ship and return. Therefore, please allow K-Packet to proceed the return as well. The shipping cost for return will be deducted from your amount of refund.

However, if you want to proceed with the return by another courier, please contact us by e-mail. In this case, the shipping cost is shown below will be deducted from the amount of refund.

 

A/S procedure

Select A/S from the top customer and fill up the details.

For defective products, 100% of the shipping costs are covered by the TULIEF team.

Returns due to simple change

 - If you want to return due to simple change of your mind, a round-trip shipping cost will be charged. The cost will be deducted from your amount of refund, and the return cost will be different as per countries.

- Cancellation of the order after the shipping starts will be charged the shipping cost.
